Look Ahead
Who is your one - someone who needs to hear about Jesus’s promises and God’s kingdom? How can you be a “witness,” helping them find their way to Jesus?
Notes
While Jesus died for the sins of the world, His mission on earth did not end on the cross. The book of Acts tells us how Jesus returned to His closest followers with what appeared to be unusual commands and promises. Today, we are able to see the impact of the disciples' obedience and commitment to trust Jesus and share the good news of the gospel with others. This work is not finished yet, and every follower of Jesus is also called to help others find their way to Jesus.
