Try turning to God for peace this week. Consider a simple prayer as you breathe the air that fills your lungs - God, you are with me now, I receive your peace.
Notes
In Exodus, God’s people were in misery, experiencing suffering and crying out to God for rescue. There was very little peace or hope for their nation at that time. After years of living in slavery and harsh conditions, God answered their cries and orchestrated an amazing rescue that stunned the ancient world and is still celebrated today. While this event is important, the underlying truth that God is present and with us surpasses everything else. Turn to God in your pursuit of peace - He is available and offers His peace freely to all who trust Him.
