Where do you need a victory? Where do you need to grow in Jesus’s strength?
Notes
In his letter to the Romans. Paul doesn’t say life won’t hit you. Instead, he lists all the things that will hit you. He doesn’t say you’ll never face fear, failure, or financial stress. He says: “In all these things.” That means in the fight, you’ve already won. This victory isn’t hypothetical, it’s guaranteed. And not just barely. You’re not a bruised-up, dragged-out survivor. Because of Jesus—you already have the victory. You have more than a victory. Our keys to victory are: Naming our fight - confronting it head on with purpose Recognizing that we are not bound by our past, but are made new in Christ Jesus Renewing our mind daily and allowing God to transform us Not trying to manage temptation, but fleeing from it Not fighting alone, but turning to Jesus for strength and direction
